Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILMA FLORENCE LABNO On Friday, August 11, 2006 at the Health Science Centre, Winnipeg, MB, Wilma Labno beloved wife of the late Joseph Labno of Beausejour, MB passed away with her family by her side. She is survived by her sons Doug and Dave (Diane) as well as her sister Joanne Mazur (Raymond) of East Selkirk, MB. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews Linda Willis (Warren) and children Brent and Brandon, Louise Kurucz (Joe), Perry Mazur, cousin Sheila Iverach Jim Makoski, Harvey Makoski, Frank Bell (Arlene) and their family Samantha, Christine (Mark), Alex Bell and his family Corey, Jeff, Benjamin and Vincent, Pat Gustav (John) and family Benjamin, Jonathon (Annette) and Joanna, John Bell (Julie) and family Jay (Amanda) and Fay, brother in law Tony Makoski, Theresa Buss (Alfie). Wilma was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 1976. Wilma graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1954 with a Degree in Nursing and worked her entire life in Health Care, she was the Administrator at the Beausejour Hospital in 1972, she worked in the Emergency Unit of the Concordia Hospital as well she was the Federal Public Health Nurse and retiring in 1995. During her retirement she enjoyed knitting and was active with the St. Mary's CWL. She talked with her family about her childhood dreams they would share their dreams with her as well. She loved her family and friends and always spoke highly of them. She loved her dog Sheba and considered her part of the family. The family would like to thank the Dr.'s and Nursing Staff of the Health Science Centre MICU Unit for the care and compassion shown to our mother and us during this difficult time. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, August 15 at 7:30 p.m. from Russell Funeral Home, Beausejour, MB. Funeral Liturgy will be Celebrated on Wednesday, August 16 at 10:00 a.m. from the St. Mary's RC Church, Beausejour, MB with Fr. David Brabant Presiding. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. If friends so desire memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Health Science Centre Volunteer Services, Winnipeg, MB. RUSSELL'S of Beausejour, Manitoba are in care of arrangements.
