SAM BROOK April 21, 1924 August 11, 2006 Sam Brook died at Riverview Health Centre, the dearly loved husband of Betty (Mary) formerly Arnott. Sam will be sadly missed by his wife Betty in Canada; and in Yorkshire, England by his children, David and Sue, Lorraine and Al, Stephen and Elaine; his grandchildren and great grandchildren, relatives and many friends. He will also be sadly missed in Canada by his extended family, the Arnotts Bruce, Brenda, Lyle, Pat, Reid, Bob, Kathy and their families; as well as many friends made during his time in Canada. Sam was predeceased by his first wife Phyllis and grandson Craig Patrick O'Connell. Psalm 121 I will lift up my eyes to the hills from where cometh my help. The Lord will watch over your coming and going. Now and forever more. Cremation has taken place. A service to celebrate Sam's life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 17 at St. Andrew's Anglican Church, 2700 Portage Avenue. No floral tributes please. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of choice.
