ROSILAND ELAINE GLUE (nee ZATYLNY) Peacefully, on Tuesday, August 15, 2006, Rosiland passed away at the Charleswood Care Centre, at the age of 75 years. Rosiland will be lovingly remembered by her son Richard D. Glue and wife Diana Convers of Vancouver; brothers, Paul Zatylny of Brandon and Stanley Zatylny (Kathleen) of Erickson and sister Helena Zatylnty of Erickson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Richard Godfey Glue (1978); parents and siblings, Steve Zatylny (Frances), Martha Zachedniak (Alex), Oda Victoria Rutledge (Dr. Earl James), Marie Shaw (John) and Katherine Podruski (John). Born July 16, 1931 in Rackham, MB to Ludwig and Agnes Zatylny, Rosiland attended Round Lake School and later Commercial College in Winnipeg. Upon graduating, she worked as a secretary for the City of Winnipeg. Rosiland married Richard (Rick) Glue and lived and worked in England for several years. Upon their return to Canada, they lived in Toronto, Yellowknife and Vancouver. She enjoyed dancing, cooking, entertaining, camping and picnics in the park. Thanks very much, Mom, for all you have done. Viewing will be held on Monday, August 21 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's All Beliefs and Faiths Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Ave. at Sharp Boulevard, Winnipeg, MB immediately followed by a graveside ceremony in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Ave. with Pastor Stacey Moroz officiating. Our family extends special thanks to the staff of the St. Boniface Hospital and Charleswood Care Home for their thoughtful care and kindness. Flowers are gratefully declined. If friends so desire, donations in Rosiland's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Manitoba Div., 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7.
