PAUL SAURETTE April 29, 1952 August 15, 2006 Paul's journey on earth ended with those he loved the most holding him. His brave battle with cancer is now finished showing us that with hope nothing can take a piece of your soul. He leaves to mourn him his wife, Suzanne; two sons, Daniel and Rémi (fiancée Mary Ann Batangan); mother Rosalie Saurette; sisters, Yvette Bruneau, Linda Saurette, Simone Penner (Allan); brothers, John, Maurice (Jacqueline), Lionel (Nicole); parents-in-law, Victor and Thérèse Lambert; brothers-in-law, Michel (Monique), Claude (Cheryl), Guy (Monique) and sister-in-law Gisele Forest (Guy); many nieces and nephews. And not to be forgotten dear friends, Don and Merna Ditcham and their son Michael. He was predeceased by his father, Georges. Paul grew up in Aubigny, MB. He moved to Winnipeg and became a journeyman painter working for many companies. In the latter part of his career, he worked for Louis Legal. Paul's praises towards Louis are too lengthy to list. Louis, your consideration and care will forever be in our hearts ~ thank you. Special thanks to the unbelievable care and support received from the nurses and staff at the St. Pierre Hospital and the compassion expressed from the Palliative Care staff.
