Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN (JACK) DENYS HERBERT Our beloved son, brother, uncle and nephew, died suddenly on August 17, 2006, in Toronto, ON. Though Jack struggled with illness for awhile, he never lost sight of God. At 48 years old, Jack was predeceased by his grandma Vera Houck; mother Violet; and father Alec. Jack leaves to mourn his passing, sister Pat; nephew Jeffrey; auntie Shirley, auntie Jean; cousins, Claire and Jacqui; as well as friends and relatives in Canada and the United Kingdom. Jack worked for Conklin Shows for many years and truly enjoyed travelling and meeting people. His love of music and sense of humour will not be forgotten. Cremation has taken place in Toronto, his home for many years. Graciously, Scott Mission House, in Toronto, (416) 923-8872, has arranged a memorial service for friends.
