JACK MONTGOMERY DARLING On Wednesday, August 23, 2006 Jack Darling passed away at his home at the age of 79 years. He was predeceased by his second wife Lenora Babe ; parents, Garnet and May; brother Bill and sons-in-law, Randy Lyall and Dave Moore. Left to mourn are his children, Beverley (Don) Jarvie of Alonsa, Sylvia Moore (Bruce) of Langley, BC, Bonnie (Wes) Freed of Portage la Prairie, Barry (Trish) Darling of Fort McMurray, AB and Bruce Jarvie (Carrie) of Surrie, BC; his first wife and mother of his children Olive; his 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; brother Calvin (Gladys) Darling of Baldur MB, sister-in-law Helen Darling of Toronto and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation on Sunday, August 27 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 28 at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jean Bryden officiating. Interment is to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
