JOHN CRAWFORD HICKS Peacefully on Monday, August 28, 2006 John Hicks passed away at the Victoria General Hospital at the age of 76 years. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 54 years Priscilla (Pat); mother Violet Hazel; daughter Lynn; brother Clark (Ivy) Hicks; sister Gail (Jack) McKay; granddaughters Maisie (Steve and Jordan) Hicks, Ruby - Ann (Adam) Calvez also numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members. John was predeceased by his father John, infant sons Ronald and Robert, also adult son Collin John (Linda) Hicks and grandson Brian David Schellenberg Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 31 at Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway with interment at Brookside Cemetery. The family would like to extend a thank you to Dr. Maxwell (Cancer Care), Dr. Penner and the staff at the Victoria Hospital and also a very special thank you to Norman Down for all his support and care.
