Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCISZEK (FRANK) BILICKI December 13, 1923 - August 29, 2006 Peacefully with the love of his family, Frank, husband to Wladyslawa of 58 years, passed away at the age of 82. Frank was born in Poland and immigrated to Canada with his wife and three daughters, to pursue a better life for his family. Frank was employed at CPR until his retirement. He was a gentle giant; strong, loving and devoted to his wife and family. He lived his life to the fullest and was able to enjoy holidays with family and friends. Fishing, gardening, playing cards and visiting with the Garden City coffee crowd were some of his favourite pastimes. Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife Wladyslawa; his three daughters, Christine (Joe) Janik, Grace (Dusan) Drazic and Mary (Carlos) Encarnacao; grandchildren, Mark and Christopher Janik, Yolanda (Bill) McGowan, Marcia and Peter (Erin) Drazic, Nicole and Cayley Encarnacao; great-grandchildren, Amanda and Joshua McGowan; sisters in Poland, Hipolita Kanowska with family, Leokadia Stachewicz with family and sister-in-law Sophia Kostycz with family. He was predeceased by his parents, Stanislawa and Wladyslaw Bilicki; brothers, Stanislaw and Jan Bilicki; in-laws, Maria and Wladyslaw Kostycz; and brothers-in-law, Marian Kostycz, Zygmunt Kanowski and Damek Stachewicz Pallbearers will be his grandsons and nephews, Walter and Richard Kostycz. Love is in us to give... Dziadziu gave it all. We love you, husband, father grandfather and great grandfather. Frank's family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Seven Oaks General Hospital, for their compassionate care. Rosary will be said on Saturday, September 2 at 10:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at St. John Cantius' Roman Catholic Church, 846 Burrows Ave. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
