NICHOLAS RICHARD (NICK) KULCZYCKI 1928 - 2006 On September 1, 2006, at the St.Boniface Hospital, Nick Kulczycki, beloved father, grandfather and brother, passed away at the age of 78 years. Nick is survived by his daughter Darcy; son Brian (Jacqueline); granddaughters, Ashley and Taylor; and sister Olga (Ollie) Kowalski. Nick was predeceased by his wife Patricia in 1987; and his parents and seven siblings. Born in Hadashville MB, Nick had been employed with the Winnipeg School Division for 28 years, and retired in 1988. At that time he continued on with his building maintenance business and spent his spare time up at the Manitoba Narrows fishing and boating. The family would like to express their thanks to Fr. Roland, and for the outstanding care he received while in MICU and on E5 while in the St.Boniface Hospital. He was always treated with respect and dignity, and for that we can't express enough our gratitude. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 5, at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church, 847 St. Mary's Rd. Interment in St. Vital City Cemetery with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or CancerCare Manitoba.
