ALYMER STANLEY HERMAN After a short battle with cancer on Thursday, August 31, 2006, Alymer, beloved husband of Iris of 41 years, passed away at Health Sciences Centre at the age of 64. Besides his wife he leaves to mourn his beloved son Todd (Angie); his grandchildren Brynn and Ryan; brother Morris; sister Pearl (Victor); brothers Norman (Maureen) and Gerald (Charlene); as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Mary, father John and sister Eunice. Alymer worked at CPR for 35 years. He loved and cared about his general repairs and painting business. He was an avid ten-pin bowler for many years at Chateau Lanes and also enjoyed golfing. His favourite retreat was his back yard pool with his rye and 7, along with his loyal companions Tippy, Whiskey and Buddy. Thanks to his many family and friends who showed their concern in his time of illness. Iris would also like to thank Pearl and Inge for their full support during this time. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at Inkster. Interment at a later date.
