Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWARREN HUGH MCADAM After a four year battle against cancer, Warren lost the fight on September 5, 2006. Warren will be sadly missed by Connie, his beloved wife of 47 years; sons, Wylie (Pat) and Warren (Janice); grandchildren, Stacey, Stephanie, Justin and Alexa; as well as many other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Hugh and Agnes McAdam. Warren worked for CN Rail for over 37 years, retiring in 1993. He had a love for Judo, Tai Chi and horsemanship with his special horse, Cona. He was a member of the Manitoba Black Belt Association, Ancient Landmark Masonic Lodge, No. 3 and the Khartum Shrine Arabian Horse Guard. Warren's family would like to thank Dr. Peter Tomy, Dr. Pat Harris and the staff of Oncology, and Dr. Abdulrehman and the staff of N3 West, Concordia Hospital for all their wonderful care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service with Masonic service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 11 at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No.1 E. at Navin Road, Chaplain Norman Pohl officiating. Urn placement will follow in Holy Angel Mausoleum, Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, should friends so desire, donations in Warren's memory may be made to the Khartum Shrine Transportation Fund, 1155 Wilkes Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3P 1B9, or to a charity of choice.
