Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCASMIER ONISHKO With deep regret, Rose Park and family announce the sudden passing of Casmier Onishko on August 31, 2006 at Concordia Hospital at the age of 59 years. He leaves to mourn his common-law partner Rose Park; her children, Susan, Diana and Kenneth. Also his untimely passing will be mourned by his brother-in-law Walter Warrenchuk; nephews, Ron, Brian and Wayne and grandchildren, Richard and Ryan Warrenchuk. He is survived by nieces and nephews, Sandra, Terry, Tracy, Christine, Jo-Anne, Valerie and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father Fred in 1968 and his mother Nellie in 1993, his beloved sister Anne in 2000, his brother John in 2000 and brother Tony in 1990. Casmier was a farmer with Onishko Farms, and also worked at Manitoba Rolling Mills for 34 years. He was born in Selkirk to Fred and Nellie Onishko on October 24, 1946. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. A Special thank you to Dr. Gillman, Dr. Paunolic, Dr. D. Funk and the MICU Unit nurses and staff who gave their utmost care to Casmier in his final days at HSC and at Concordia Hospital. Also gratitude to Fr. Taras Kowch for giving Casmier his last rites and prayers. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
