SUSAN CHALONER (nee Phillips) It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of our beloved daughter, mother, sister and grandmother Susan Chaloner at the age of 49, Wednesday, September 6, 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is predeceased by her father James Phillips (1999); and leaves to mourn her mom Yolande; daughter Tracey; grandsons, Tyrell and Tevin; sisters, Linda and husband Brian (Marcy, Tom and Shannon), Kathy and husband George (Kristy and Dave, Jody); aunt and godmother Pearl Colburn and numerous cousins. Also left to mourn are friends, Mildred, Carrie, Bob and family, Jim and Sherri, Josie, Donna, Linda, Peggy and many more. Susan will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all the lives she touched. The family thanks and appreciates the support and kindness shown by the Law Courts Data Entry and Polo Park Wal-mart. The family wishes to express a special thank-you to Dr. Crow and the staff at Riverview 3E Palliative Care unit for taking wonderful care of Susan and making the remaining days of her life as comfortable as possible. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, September 14 at 2:00 p.m. in Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Private family interment will take place at a later date.
