CARL JOHN KURNYEK March 18, 1938 - September 8, 2006 Carl Kurnyek, loving husband, father and friend passed away peacefully on September 8, 2006 with his family at his side. He leaves behind his wife Muriel (Hooper); son Rob (Roxanne); friends, Coon, Rusty and Dante; god daughter Melissa (Chris) as well as a large extended family. A memorial service will take place on Friday, September 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., with Fr. Sam Argenziano officiating. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Manitoba Lung Association or The Winnipeg Humane Society in memory of Carl. The family would like to thank Dr. E. Giannouli, Clara, Pat, all the health and medical staff at the Health Sciences Centre MICU, GH6 and Riverview, Home Ventilator Program and Home Care, Dr. E.
