GAIL EVA OLSEN (nee SANDRK) Peacefully, after a brief illness, Gail passed away with her family by her side, at the age of 65 on Monday, September 11, 2006. Gail was born on April 23, 1941. She lived in East Elmwood but resided in Transcona for the last 43 years. She and her husband Dennis would have celebrated their 47th anniversary on September 12, 2006. Gail was always there for anyone in need and is survived by her husband Dennis; three sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Colette, Darren and Tiffany, David and Cara; her loving mother Anne; and her grandchildren, Hayley, Jonathan, Ashley, Amanda, Brett, Nikki and Henry; many relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Gary (1938) and father John (2000). Gail greatly enjoyed the cabin, camping trips, travelling to Las Vegas and Hawaii, their place in Mesa, AZ and the super friends that Dennis and she had met and will not forget. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, September 13 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 14 at 10:00 a.m. Both services will be at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Rev. Fr. Gary Killen officiating. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. Pallbearers are Allan Rennie, Bryan Mansky, Norman Dale Kolish, Michael Tomiak, Rodney Paskaruk, Henry Delorme. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Gail's memory to the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
