Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUDWIG (LOUIE) SCHAREIN On September 13, 2006, Ludwig Scharein, aged 84 years, passed away peacefully at the Beausejour Health Centre with his nieces by his side. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Anne Lach of Winnipeg, his brother William of Beausejour and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents August and Auguste Scharein, his sisters Gussie Smith, Mary Glowatzky and Charlotte Guenther and brothers Frank and Gus. Louie lived most of his life in the Beausejour area with the last 16 years being spent at Lions Lodge. Special thanks to his neighbours Eva and Kay who provided him with some of his favourite foods. Thank you to Veterans Affairs, Kin Chu and home care workers especially Sue, Teresa, Tannis, Treasure, Phyllis, Karen, Barb and Sharon who were not only his caregivers but also his friends. In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations in Louie's memory may be made to Zion Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, Box 968, Beausejour, MB R0E 0C0 A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Beausejour with viewing prior to the service.
