ELEANOR LILLIAN SLIPEC (nee RAUH) October 1, 1935 - September 2, 2006 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eleanor Lillian Slipec (nee Rauh) on September 2, 2006, at the St. Boniface Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents, George Rauh, Katherine (Riffel) Rauh; and her two sisters, Frieda Kawaza and Anne Osmerchuck (of Vancouver). She leaves to mourn her loss, her sister Rosalind Sauka (Ron); her children, Catherine (Cathy), Gary, Richard, Michael, Brian (Carla) and Alex; along with her grandchildren, Charles, Johnathan, Donna, Christopher, Brayden and Matthew and many nieces and nephews who adored her very much. Family and friends are invited to join in the celebration of her life in a memorial service to be held at Knysh Funeral Home at 1020 Main St. on Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. KNYSH FUNERAL CHAPEL 582-0973
