THOMAS OMER DESROSIERS Peacefully, with family by his side, Thomas Omer Desrosiers passed away at home on Friday, September 22, 2006 at the age of 89 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 64 years, Elorianne Desrosiers (née Fillion); his sister Claire Côté; two sons and four daughters, Cyrille, Huguette, Marcel, Suzanne (Don Bowlby), Diane and Lorraine (José Vaz) as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express their most sincere gratitude to all doctors, nurses and Home Care staff who cared for Thomas. Funeral services will be held at the Sacré Coeur Parish Church, 421 Brandon Ave. at Osborne St. in Winnipeg on Friday, September 29 at 11:00 a.m. Private interment will take place in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thomas' memory to the Cancer Care Manitoba Foundation, ON109-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements 775-2220.
