Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT NICOL BRUCE Passed away peacefully, at Crescent Gardens, Surrey, BC, on Thursday, September 21, 2006, in his 91st year. He is predeceased by his brother Bill (RCAF) and sister Jean E. Price (Toronto, ON). Beloved husband of Bonnie, and loving father of David and Beverly. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Ron Price (Toronto, ON) and his family; daughter-in-law Norma, three grandchildren Jenny, Karen (Adam Lister) and Jamie; son-in-law Rupert and extended family, Linda (Sean), Brendan and Conner, Stephen (Cathy), Sonja and Mary (Jeff), Dianne, Brianna and Jason. Bob will be missed by the entire family and many friends. He retired from the CNR (Passenger Department) in Winnipeg, MB after 40 years of dedicated service. Bob was one of the founding members of Westworth United Church (Winnipeg, MB) and a life member of the St. Andrews Society (Winnipeg, MB) and also the International Association of Lions Clubs. We extend sincere thanks to all the staff at Morgan Place and Crescent Gardens (Multi-Care Floor) who, over the last 6 years, took care of Bob and kept him secure and comfortable, when he could no longer be cared for at home. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Monday, October 2, at First United Church, 15385 Semiahmoo, White Rock at 10:30 a.m. with a reception to follow at Crescent Gardens Retirement Community, 1222 King George Highway, Surrey, BC. If desired, donations may be made in memory of Bob to The Memorial Fund, First United Church, White Rock, BC, or to the Peace Arch Monarch Lions Club, White Rock, BC, or to the Alzheimer Society or to a charity of your choice.
