Predeceased by her husband Albert in March 1987, whom she married in June 1939. Remembered by nine children, Reg (Marg) Portage la Prairie, Ron (Fran), Crossfield, AB, Dave (Irene), Chilliwack, Shirley (Mike) Quinn, Galiano Island, Joan (Frank) Mezzatesta, Victoria, Don (Becky), Mission, Sandra, Langley, Jim (Barb), Maui, HI, Jerry, Abbotsford; 13 grandchildren, Darren and Ken, Michael and Susan, David and Ian, Rob and Tom, Tracy and Tina, Carly, and Mandi and Kristi; 10 great-grandchildren, Jennifer and Ryan, Brittany and Ashley, AJ and Tyla, Gillian and Ainsley, and Mackenzie and Owen. Muriel will be laid to rest in the cemetery in Abbotsford alongside her Albert. A memorial will be held at Langley Seniors Recreation and Resource Centre at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 23.
