MIGUEL AVERION Miguel peacefully passed away at Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 86 years. Miguel is survived by his daughters, Cecilia (Ray), Ester (Abner); sons, Ver (Mila), Nestor (Lina) and grandchildren, Menilyn (Eleuterio), Jocelyn, Rachel (Gerald), Melanie, Alvin, Kay, Tim, Florachel, Erwin, Jonathon and Eunice; great-grandchildren, Jamie, Raiden, Erica and Jasmine. He was predeceased by his wife Emilia in 2003; and daughter Yolanda in 2001. Special thanks to the 3rd floor, Unit 1 staff of SOGH for their support and hospitality, for taking care of our beloved Lolo/ Tatay. Lamay will be held on Friday, October 6, 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at Broadway Disciple United Church, 396 Broadway Ave. on Saturday, October 7, 10:00 a.m. Interment and reception to follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. God be with you at this time. Tiyo Miguel is gone. It is difficult to put into words how we feel, but want you to know that we are with you in spirit and only regret that distance makes it impossible for us to be with you in person.
