ARTHUR KEEBLE It is with deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our dear father and grandfather, Arthur, at Middlechurch Home at the age of 77 years on October 2, 2006. Art was predeceased by his wife of 53 years, Ruth in 2003. He will be remembered by his daughter Elizabeth Beth and Pat Panchuk with children Katrina and Gavin; and son Arthur and Doris Keeble. Art is also survived by his siblings, Queenie Mills, Roy (Rene) Keeble, Mary (Jim) Rankin and many nieces, nephews and their families. Art (Ted) was born and raised in Winnipeg and lived his whole life in the West Kildonan area. He was a hard worker, spending most of his career in all aspects of trucking and helping out friends on the farm. Later in life he was passionate about his volunteer work with the Prairie Dog Central as both a porter and jack of all trades. Nothing was insurmountable to Dad and he tackled any job that came his way. His wit and feistiness will be remembered by all he met. For the last 10 months, Art was a member of the Middlechurch Home family. We would like to thank each one of you for your dedication and kindness to Dad. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 6, 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home. The Very Rev. Bob Osborne officiating. Interment and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations in Arthur's name may be made to the Vintage Locomotive Society Inc., P.O. Box 33021 RPO, Polo Park, Winnipeg, MB R3G 3N4. Arrangements entrusted to: Glen Eden Funeral Home 4477 Main St. 338-7111
