DONALD (DON) STUART TURNER August 3, 1943 - August 18, 2006 Don Turner of Calgary, AB passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the age of 63 after a courageous battle with cancer. Don will be lovingly remembered by his father, Stewart; his sister Lois; his niece Kelly and his nephew Darren (Crystal), all of Winnipeg, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother Betty in 2001. Don was born in Pine Falls, MB and grew up on a farm in Ridgeville, MB. He graduated in 1964 from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Don worked for Northern Electric and Control Data before his retirement. He loved travelling and was an avid sports fan. Don enjoyed many different sports, such as curling, bowling and baseball. Don will be sadly missed. He always thought of others first and touched the lives of all that knew him. A memorial service will be held at Windsor Park United Church on Saturday, October 14 at 2:00 p.m
