Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRITZ SCHLICHTING May 10, 1929 - October 6, 2006 After a brief illness Fritz passed away peacefully on October 6, 2006 at the Concordia Hospital with family at his side at the age of 77 years. Fritz is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Elfriede; brother Horst (Gisela) Schlichting; daughters, Inge (Donald) Tyluk, Anita (Harold) Desjarlais, Ingrid (Dan) Malchuk, Gisela Gray (Johny Giesbrecht); grandchildren, Iris (Kurtis) Stansell, Amanda and Michael Malchuk, Kyle Gray; and one great-grandson Zenin Stansell; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and hospital staff at the Concordia Hospital in the ICU and on the 2nd Floor for their compassion during a difficult time.
