BILL BRUST Bill passed away peacefully on October 5, 2006 at Victoria Hospital at 84 years of age. He is survived by his loving wife Marg; daughters, Barbara, Billie (Greg), Debbie (Don), and Cathy; sons, Howie and his friend Karyn Kirsch, and Jim; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; sister Margaret Hall; sister-in-law Florence McKee; brother-in-law Ray Newman; also numerous extended family. He was predeceased by his mother Daisy; brother George; sisters, Florence, Dorothy, and Molly; and granddaughter Jessica. Bill started to work at CN at 16 years of age, he enlisted in the army at 17 years of age, serving overseas until the War ended. He then returned to work at CN until his retirement. Bill was a long time member of the Fort Rouge Imperial Vets, Branch 252 and Rockwood A.N.A.F. We love you and will miss you greatly. You will forever be in our hearts. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 11 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 1531 Pembina Highway. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
