DONALD JACK CRANSTONE March 29, 1973 - October 7, 2006 It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our dear son Donald on October 7, 2006 in his home with his family by his side after a lengthy illness at the age of 33 years. Donald leaves to mourn his loving parents, Jack and Ruth Cranstone, sister Sandra as well as many relatives and friends. Donald was predeceased by his grandparents, John Cranstone and Donald and Ada Emms along with many family members to numerous to mention. Donald suffered from autism and enjoyed cutting the grass, doing puzzles, riding his bike, folding laundry, drying dishes, shopping and listening to western and fiddle music. Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 12 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue West from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 13 in the Oakbank United Church in 582 Balsam Crescent, Oakbank, MB at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Dawn Ballantine-Dickson officiating. Interment to follow in the Sunnyside Cemetery. The family would like to thank all involved in trying to save his life. Donald you will be dearly missed.
