OLGA MARY PENUITA (nee REZNIK) It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother and grandmother, Olga, aged 76 at Seven Oaks Hospital on October 7, 2006. Olga was predeceased her parents Paul and Anne. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Peter; children Linda (Frank) Daoust, Ken (Dawn); grandchildren Nicole, Chris and Cheralee; sisters-in-law Stella, Mary, brother-in-law Mervin (Pat) and many nieces and nephews. Olga was born in Kenora and at a very young age moved with her family to Winnipeg where she was raised. After high school she attended Success Business College where she obtained her diploma. At the age of 21 she married Peter and together they raised their two children. Olga enjoyed going to her sister-in-law's cottage for family gatherings where they spent many hours playing cards and enjoying the outdoors. She also cherished taking many trips including Hawaii, Jamaica and Mexico. This was limited recently due to her illness but she retained many fond memories. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to the 3rd and 5th floor staff of Seven Oaks Hospital and especially the care and kindness of Dr. Yvette Emerson. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2006, 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home. Interment and reception to follow.
