JOHN (JACK) MARGARSON VINCENT June 18, 1917 - October 7, 2006 Peacefully at Deer Lodge Centre, Jack Vincent passed away at the age of 89 years. Jack will be lovingly remembered by Sylvia, his wife of 59 years of marriage; his children, John (Diana), Jocelyn (Jack), Doris, Heather (Dan), and George (Kris); grandchildren, Dianne (Trevor), Jessica, Tannis, Stephen, Sean, Geoffrey, Courtney and great-grandson Jack Walter. He was predeceased by an infant daughter in 1949. Jack's funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 14 at 1:30 p.m. in St. Stephen's and St. Bede's Church, 99 Turner Ave., Winnipeg. A private interment will take place prior to the service. Special thanks to the staff on Tower 4 and 3 East at the Deer Lodge Centre for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory may be made to St. Stephen's and St. Bede's Church, the Alzheimer's Society, Unit 10 - 120 Donald St. Winnipeg, MB, R3C 4G2, or to the Deer Lodge Centre, 2109 Portage Ave. Winnipeg, MB, R3J 0L3.
