ANNE KUZYK Peacefully on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at the Portage District General Hospital, Anne Kuzyk of the Lions Prairie Manor, Portage la Prairie and formerly of Poplar Point, widow of the late John Kuzyk passed away at the age of 83 years. Prayers will be held in the Chapel of the Omega Funeral Home on Sunday, October 15, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Assumption on Monday, October 16, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. with the Reverend Father Michael Tkachuk officiating. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery. Predeceased by her husband John; she leaves to mourn her passing her three sons, Jerry of Edmonton, AB, Walter and Terry of Portage la Prairie. Also surviving are two brothers, John (Irene) Zalluski and George (Mildred) Zalluski all of Alonsa, MB; one sister Mary (Tony) Tkachyk of Carman, MB; one sister-in-law Kay Zalluski of Neepawa, MB; and several nieces and nephews.
