Predeceased by his parents, Clifford and Laura. Jim is survived by his loving partner of 23 years, Stella Coueslan; one son Brent and his children Caroline and Christopher; one daughter Shelley (Jeff) Lipton and their children David and Michael; one brother Cliff Bing (Ann Marie). Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 20, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Flowers gratefully declined.
