Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDEAN MICHAEL PERISTY 1975 - 2006 A memorial service will be held in memory of Dean Michael who went to his eternal rest on September 18, 2006. He will forever be missed and cherished by his parents, Don and Virginia, his twin brother Derek, and his sisters Ursula and Vanessa (Ashley Fer) along with numerous relatives and friends. The service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 28, 2006 at St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church, 455 Douglas Avenue. Flowers are graciously declined. If one so wishes, donations will be accepted in Dean's name towards a stained glass window in his memory at St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church. I took his hand, I heard him call

I had the opportunity to ask Mr. Dean Michael Peristy how it comes that we have nearly the same family name (I=Peristi and he Peristy). He answered by mail that he doesn't know it. Since then I had no contact to him. Perhaps it is possible to remain in touch with some of his relatives. Have my sincere condolences, although very late.
