Noella was born in St. Pierre on December 26, 1928 and moved to Winnipeg, living in both St. Boniface and St. Vital. She worked for many years at Eaton's in the Mail-order Department until they closed and then went to work in Housekeeping at St. Boniface Hospital until she retired. Even after retiring, she enjoyed her Wednesday lunches with the retiree group. Our mother was very easygoing, fun loving and always had a smile for everyone. She also had a great sense of humour. Mom enjoyed bowling, ceramics, travelling and spending time with her family. She spent the last five months at Vista Park Lodge where she received wonderful care and enjoyed spending time on the patio. She will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of her life will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 28, Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. A private interment will take place at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens.
