Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHERINE GAMAN November 1, 1925 - October 25, 2006 Peacefully on October 25, 2006 at the Bethania Personal Care Home, Katherine passed away at 80 years of age. She is loving remembered by her children Mary-Anne (Douglas) Popowich and Walter (Judy) Gaman, and Katherine's grandchildren Daniel (Marcela), Lisa, Angela Popowich, Jennifer, Melissa, Julie, Christopher, Andrew, Sarah, Kaitlyn, Walter Gaman (Jr), Brittany and Kathryn Camp. Katherine was predeceased by her husband Gregory in 1989 and grandson Mathew in 1999. Katherine was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. The family would like to thank the staff at Bethania Personal Care Home (Cottage Unit) for their excellent care. Prayers will be held on Sunday, October 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, October 30 at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, 965 Boyd Ave. with Rev. Fr. Volodymyr Bashutskyy presiding. Interment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery. If friends so desire donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
