Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE JOSEPH EDWARD LESAGE March 29, 1937 - October 27, 2006 It is with great sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of George Lesage of St. Claude, MB on Friday, October 27, 2006 at the Notre Dame Hospital, Notre Dame de Lourdes, MB at the age of 69 years, beloved husband of Alice Lesage (nee Rondeau). George leaves to mourn his passing and to cherish his loving memory, his beloved wife, Alice Lesage; son Marcel (Lynne) Lesage and their children, Mathieu, Jacinthe and Ben; son Fern Lesage and his children, Jared and Jason; daughter Therese (Normand) Gauthier and their children, Jeannine (Gilles) Vuignier and Michelle Gauthier; daughter Diane (Peter) Rintoul and their children, Travis, Darcy and Alicia; daughter Laurette Rouire (special friend Norm Viallet) and her children, Stephane and Lianne; two brothers, Germain (Jeanne) Lesage and Henri (Roma) Lesage; two sisters, Hermance (Tony) Messner and Edna (John) Lawryniuk; one brother-in-law Raymond (Edith) Rondeau and four sisters-in-law, Jeanne Lesage, Laurette, Berthe Fraser and Lorraine Rondeau, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Parmilia Lesage; infant twin children, Therese and Ronald; three brothers, Leo Lesage, Aimé (Dorothy) Lesage and Raymond Lesage; one sister Andrea (Roland) Rheault; two brothers-in-law, Daniel Fraser and Henri Rondeau and one sister-in-law Irene (Maurice) Routhier and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Leon and Aline Rondeau. Prayers will be said from the St. Claude Catholic Church, St. Claude, MB on Sunday, October 29 at 3:00 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated from the St. Claude Catholic Church, St. Claude, MB on Monday, October 30 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the St. Claude Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in George's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200 - 6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6 or to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Manitoba Division, 200 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
