Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWALTER JOSEPH SIKORA It is with deep sorrow that the family of Walter Sikora announces his passing on October 26, 2006 in his home. Walter was born in Rybnik, Poland on June 20, 1925. After the war, Walter immigrated to Canada where he met his one true love Mary, Walter worked at Co-op Implements until its closing followed by Middlechurch home until retirement. He was a devoted member of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church. Along with his beloved wife Mary he leaves to mourn his sons Edward and Felix (D'Anna) and grandchildren Vanessa and Andrew as well as sisters Marta and Janka in Poland. His forever loving in-laws, the Skiba and Ryma families in Canada and Australia, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. His many friends will also miss him. Uncle Walter will always be remembered for his jokes at family get-togethers. The family would like to thank Dr. Nepon for his care of Walter over the years. Dad, we love you and will forever miss you, but know that you are in heaven with the Lord. Prayers will be said on Monday, October 30 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial is to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 31 at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 250 Burrin Avenue.
