HUGH JAMES MCKERNAN May 18, 1912 October 26, 2006 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved and cherished father, grandfather and great grandfather at the age of 94 years. He will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his children; daughter Lynda and her children Tonia, Laura (Mark), Cynthia and Kathleen (Layne); daughter Rosemary (Jerry) their children Tannis (Brant), Kevin (Rita), Lisa and Jonathan (Karine); daughter Evelyn (Andrew) their children Christine (Amede) Stephen Michael, Catherine (Arden), Eric and Andrea; son Verne (Margaret) their children Riley, David, Joseph and Erin. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, Nicholas, George and Kyra; and sisters-in-law Agatha and Mary and brothers-in-law Philip and Joseph. Hugh was predeceased by his son Vincent (1978), his grandson Daniel (1998), son-in-law Elmer (2006) and his wife Agnes (2006). Special thanks to the staff at Riverview Health Centre for the compassion, care and love shown to dad. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, November 2 at Mary Mother of the Church, 85 Kirkbridge Street.
