Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or Memory(JOY) DOROTHY ELLEN MCDONALD Peacefully on October 31, 2006 at Seven Oaks Hospital Joy, passed away at the age of 84. She was predeceased by her husband Jack in 2002 and her only daughter Colleen in 1994. Jack and Joy celebrated 61 years of marriage and spent many weekends dancing, that they both loved to do. She spent many hours crocheting special gifts for all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Joy is survived by her children John (Bridgit), Henry (Betty), Jerry (Kathy) and Brian; grandchildren Rob (Diane), Cathy (Moses), Glenn (Lisa), Jamie (Carmen), Dawn (Terry), Tim (Sara), Carla, Tanis of Winnipeg, John (Janis), Anita (Frank), Kevin, Darren of Vancouver; great grandchildren Chris, Cody, Lisa, Faith, Katelyn, Brandon, Jesse, Lucas, Ryan, Bailey of Winnipeg, and Megan, Ashleigh and Eric of Vancouver, sisters-in-law Carrie Benneke of California, Fran McDonald and Ethel Symko of Winnipeg. We would like to thank Kim Melquist of WRHA for her help and understanding and the many home care workers. Memorial service will take place on Friday, November 3, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., with Reverend Toni Maunder officiating.
