I was deeply saddened to hear of Mary's death. I know Ed and Mary through their volunteer work with Home Care clients. As a team, they both quietly supported many people on a one-to-one basis. These past few years, I know Mary has spent many hours caring for Ed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Ed and family. - Posted by: Heather Mattson McCrady (Acquaintance) on: Nov 07, 2006

We were very shocked to hear of the passing of Mary. Our deepest sympathies go out to Mary's family and especially to Ed. We were neighbours in Edmonton for the last 17 years. We worked together doing volunteer work for Home Care and Social Services. Ed and Mary were always there to drive people to medical appointments and they did a lot of lawn cutting and snow shovelling for needy seniors. They were very good neighbours and we will miss them. If there is anything that we can do for the family now please let us know. - Posted by: Eugene&Dolores King (Co-Worker) on: Nov 05, 2006

Very shocked to hear about the passing of Mary. Our sympathies go out to her family and especially Ed. We were neighbours right across the street in Edmonton. We worked together for Home Care and Social Services doing volunteer work like driving patients to medical appointments and doing yard work for many seniors. We will really miss them both.If there is anything we can help with please let us know. We will keep an eye on the house and keep the snow shovelled. - Posted by: Gene and Dolores King (Friend) on: Nov 05, 2006
