Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDENISE BELANGER (nee GREGOIRE) March 27, 1924 November 2, 2006 Surrounded by the love of her family, Denise passed from this life and into Eternal Life on Thursday, November 2nd at Palliative Care in St. Boniface Hospital. Her memory will be forever cherished by her children: Charlotte (Guy Chateau), Louise, George (Susan), Julie (Bob Yaremchuk), Pauline, Michelle (Jean-Luc Bouché), Marc (Lucille), Françoise (Didier Boulloigne), Nicole (Scott Bergen) and Rose; her 22 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; her brother Gérald Gregoire, sisters, Cécile Bartlette and Solange Smith, sister-in-law Juliette Bélanger, many nieces and nephews and many dear friends. She is finally re-united with her loving husband Louis who preceded her into heaven in 1983. Denise was, and always will be in our hearts, a most generous and optimistic nurturer, who saw the God (good) in everyone. She loved being surrounded by her family, especially on Sunday. She knew all our strengths and with her quietly positive attitude helped us through all the obstacles in our lives. Mom always gave without asking for anything in return. She ministered her loving care to many friends and relatives. Thank you to the angel at Concordia Hospital who sent Mom to the caring arms of the staff at Palliative Care so she could die in dignity and peace. Prayers will be said Sunday, November 5, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East at Navin Road. A funeral mass, celebrated by Fr. Isaie Blachette, o.m.i. will be held on Monday, November 6, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at la Cathédrale de St-Boniface, 190 avenue de la Cathédrale, St-Boniface, MB. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery, Hwy #1 East at Navin Rd. In lieu of flowers donations in Denise's memory may be made to a charity of choice.
