ALEXANDER LUPKY 1920 - 2006 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather Alex who passed away at the age of 75 years at the Grande Prairie Care Center. Alex was born December 17, 1930 in Sandilands, MB to William and Pearl Lupky. At the age of 22, Alex started working for the C.N.R. where he was part of an extra gang, B B gang, and his own pile driver to where he became a crane operator until his retirement in 1989. Alex and Reine moved to Grande Prairie, AB in 2002 to be closer to their family. Alex leaves to mourn his wife of 50 years, Reine; sons, Dennis (Selina), Russell (Kim) and grandchildren, Brady, Randi and Cassandra. He also leaves his brothers, Peter (Erika) and Larry and sister Anne (Norman) Anderson. Alex was predeceased by his parents William and Pearl as well as Joseph, Nick and Paul and sisters, Mary and Jean Scott. Alex also leaves to mourn many nieces and nephews. Private family service to be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
