Joyce, Steven and Scott; Wanted to let you know that our hearts and prayers are with you. Ern's wonderful sense of humor and giving personality will always be remembered. Dwayne and I will always appreciate the many time he took Dwayne under his wing. Dwayne may have missed many hockey touraments if it had not been for Ern. I pray that Ern has found peace, and that you find comfort in knowing that we have all been blessed in having the opportunity to know him. Our heartfelt condolences are extended to Joyce, Steven and Scott. Ernie was a quiet and kind person, a pleasure to work with, especially with his sense of humour. One of our memories of Ernie will always be watching him over the years playing with his sons in their yard in Leaf Rapids. Ernie's kindness will never be forgotten by our son Michael, who Ernie not only taught his electrical skills to, but also for getting up in the middle of the night to drive him home. Our sympathies to Joyce and boys. David, Chris, Michael & Lee Shirran - Posted by: Christine Shirran (Co-Worker) on: Nov 09, 2006
