Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHERMAN MOSES BERCIER Herman Moses Bercier of Brandon, MB and formerly of Gilbert Plains, MB, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2006 at Brandon Regional Health Centre at the age of 90 years. Herman was united in marriage to Myrtle Mabel Harrington in 1947. Surviving are his children, Ruth (Ernie) Paul of Calgary, AB, Norma (Winston) Chambers of Calgary, AB, Percy Bercier of Brandon, MB, Sylvia (Frank) Roberts of Brandon, MB, Gilbert Bercier of Prince Albert, SK, Shirley Bercier and Tony Bukkems of Westerose, AB, and Paul Beaudry, as well as 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and his very good friend Winzel Shaw of Gilbert Plains, MB. Also surviving are two sisters, Edna Eckert of Brandon, MB, Emma Griffiths of Winnipeg, MB; sister-in-law; Annie Bercier of Rivers, MB; brother-in-law; Francis Hall of Petersfield, MB, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and all his friends in Gilbert Plains and District. Herman was predeceased by his parents Moses and Ursula (nee Patenaude) Bercier; brothers, Ted, Dave, Jim and Albert Bercier; sisters, Jean Dillabough and Violet Hall, and grandson Travis. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday, November 4, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. from Ste. Claire Roman Catholic Church, San Clara, MB, with Fr. Paul Bisson officiating and interment followed at Ste. Claire Parish Cemetery. Casket Bearers were Percy Bercier, Jim Duthie, Glenn Dyck, Jimmy Griffiths, Ted Hall, Tracy Hall, Brian Paul, Ernie Paul. Memorial Gifts in memory of Herman may be made to Ste. Claire Parish Cemetery Fund, San Clara, MB.
