Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAGNES MUIR (nee GREIG) It is with great sorrow that the family of Agnes Muir announce her passing at Fred Douglas Lodge on November 8, 2006 with her son John and wife Cheryl at her side. Agnes was born in Arbroath, Scotland on April 4, 1908. She came to Canada in June of 1927. Here Agnes met and married Frank in 1929. Agnes had fond memories of spending summers at the cottage in Ponemah on Lake Winnipeg, and taking Margaret and John across Canada by train. Agnes was very active in her grandchildren's lives and cherished her time with them. She was a long time member of Calvin Presbyterian Church and was very active in the Church. Left to mourn her passing is her son John (Cheryl) and daughter Margaret (John) Harrison of Hamilton ON, 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild as well as many nephews and nieces. She is predeceased by her husband Frank; daughter Barbara; sons, Alex and Frank. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place on Monday, November 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 95 Keewatin with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Calvin Presbyterian Church, or C.N.I.B. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME 885-9715
