Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN PAMULA With much sadness, we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, John Pamula, on November 8, 2006 at his residence in Emerson. John is survived by his wife Frances; sons, Allan and wife Laurie, grandchildren, Tessa, Dillon and Margo of Casper, Wyoming. Casmir and grandson Luke of British Columbia, Johnny and grandchildren, Jasmine, Cole and Cassidy of British Columbia; daughter Gwen and granddaughter Fran of Kelowna, BC. Also sisters, Bernice and Frances of Toronto and brother Joe of California. Predeceased by parents, brother Mike and sister Alice. John was born in Tolstoi on December 27, 1921 and farmed in the area. In 1950 he married Frances Graboski and upon retiring they moved to Emerson in 1980. John enjoyed life in Emerson and spent many hours with friends at the local coffee shop. Many thanks to the Emerson First Responders for their quick response and their kindness during a stressful time. Service will be held on Tuesday, November 14 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Emerson at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Thibault officiating. Interment will follow in the Emerson Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Emerson Fire Department in memory of John. Knysh Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
