ANTHONY MELNYK 1927 - 2006 With much sadness we announce the sudden passing of our dear uncle Tony Melnyk on November 8, 2006 at Concordia Hospital. Tony leaves to mourn his nephew Bob and his son Rob, niece Claudette and her children Jennifer and Christopher, as well as many more nieces and nephews, and sister-in-law Betty Melnyk and family. Tony worked many years as a tanner at Trans Canada Furs. Tony enjoyed curling at Victoria Curling Club, and boating and fishing at the summer cottage in Whiteshell. He took much pride in gardening at the lake. To his family, he will always be loved and remembered as Uncle Tony. He will be missed by all of his family and friends. Cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 14 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, 300 Donalda St. (EK), Brother George officiating.
