Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHERINE YANKIWSKI (nee SKAZYK) Peacefully, on Saturday, November 4, 2006 at Seven Oaks Hospital, Katherine Yankiwski of Winnipeg. Katherine was born on September 10, 1914 in Stryj, Galacia. She immigrated to Canada in the fall of 1948 from Germany, residing in Winnipeg with Dmytro and their children. Katherine is survived by her daughter Ollie Soltow (Henry); daughter-in-law Anne; two grandsons Andrew and Stephen. She was predeceased by her husband Dmytro and her son John. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 15 at Sts. Vladimir and Olga Cathedral, 115 McGregor St. with Rt. Rev. Msgr. Mitrat M. Buyachok officiating.
