Date of Passing: Nov 12, 2006
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryADA LOUISE CRUMP (nee LILLEY) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Louise Crump at the age of 86 years on November 12, 2006. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Andrew; children, Maureen Sitar (Dan), Allan (Debbie); grandchildren, Jamie Sitar (Pamala), Scott Sitar, Andrew Crump and Iain Crump; and great-grandson Solomon Sitar. She was predeceased by her parents, Violet and Wilfred Lilley; an infant brother John, and her sister Patricia. Louise was born July 4, 1920 in East Kildonan (Morse Place), where she went to school. Some of her happiest times were spent at the family cottage at Gimli. She was an avid gardener and a member of the African Violet Society for many years. Louise was also an animal lover and more than eager to volunteer for the Winnipeg Humane Society in their fund-raising efforts. She had many friends and was always willing to lend a hand wherever it was needed. The family is very grateful to the staff of Concordia Place Care Centre who provided such good care during her stay there. The funeral service will take place at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Highway on Thursday, November 16, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to The Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, The Winnipeg Humane Society, or a charity of your choice.
