EDYTHE YVONNE SOPPET 1911- 2006 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Edythe Yvonne Nan Soppet. Nan left to be with her husband Alexander; sister Margaret and other members of her family that went before her . She will sadly missed by her son George (Polly) and grandchildren, Dayle and Robert (great-granddaughter Brooklynn); Janis (Mitch) and grandson Alan (Joy); and Valoree (Mike) and grandson Scott (Nancy and great-grandchildren, Darian, Alyssa and Alexander); granddaughter Corey (Mark and great-granddaughter Maya); granddaughter Jill; sister-in- law Helen Hunter and brother-in-law Edward Woods (Ollie) and good friends Ron and Eunice O'Donovan. Yvonne had requested no service and cremation has taken place. There will be a private family gathering to be scheduled at a later date. Nan lived a long and fruitful life. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren made her eyes sparkle every time they came to visit. She was so very proud and pleased with all of them. She loved them all and the love was returned equally. Faith, hope, and love, these three - and the greatest of these is love. Thomson Funeral Chapel is taking care of necessary arrangements.
