Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELIZABETH HILLIS January 25, 1944 - November 13, 2006 Peacefully and with family by her side, our Mother left us for Heaven, after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be lovingly missed by her common law husband Don, as well as her children, Alasdair, Veronica, Richard (Wanda) and grandchildren, Jason (Nichole), Carlye and Sara. Liz lived her life to the fullest, spending summers at her home in Sandy Hook and winters on the golf course in Texas. She was not only our Mother, but our inspiration and our best friend. We will remember her with every sunrise we see, every tear of joy and every smile. The family wishes to thank all the doctors and nurses at the Johnson Memorial Hospital in Gimli for the compassion and care you showed our Mother. A private family service is planned. Until we meet again
