MILDRED IRENE (MOLLIE) PHILLIPS (nee BRAZEAU) 1927 - 2006 It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Mollie Phillips at the Grace Hospital on Wednesday, November 22, 2006. Mollie was born in Fort William, ON, (now Thunder Bay) on October 28, 1927, where she received her education. She married C. Frank Phillips in Knox United Church, Fort William on June 28, 1950. Mollie moved to Winnipeg in 1970. She was a member of Kirkfield Park United Church and active in the U.C.W. Mollie was predeceased by her mother Jessie H. Brazeau in 1985 and brother Reginald in 2003. She is survived by her husband Frank; three children, sons Jeffrey (Mona), Guy W. (Linda) and daughter Allison; three granddaughters, Stefanie, Emma and Sarah Phillips; two nephews, one niece and several cousins. Private family interment will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 28 at 2:00 p.m. at Kirkfield Park United Church, 472 Kirkfield St. with Rev. Tony Maunder officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined.
